HI! I'M LORI!
I'm guessing you are curious what this whole website and blog is all about so I'll start by giving you the skinny on me! I'm a 30 something mommy of three beautiful kiddos who has been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 15 years now.

Design is my absolute passion, whether it be through kitchen and bath design, interior design or breathing new life into an old piece of furniture, I literally eat, sleep & breathe design. In this blog, I'll introduce you to tips and tricks for just about anything, from inexpensive ways to upgrade your home, how to refinish an old piece of furniture, I'll showcase projects that I've worked on throughout the years of my career as a kitchen & bathroom designer and, now that I've added an interior design degree to my resume, new projects I'll be tackling with future clients.
I recognize that many of us don't have a large budget but are desperately looking for a helping hand with a project we are looking to tackle. Maybe you just need assistance with a paint color recommendation, or are looking for help in how to place furniture in a room, or maybe you are just struggling with how to add a pop of color to a room, regardless how big or small you project is, I'm your girl! Besides all the fun & useful tips and tricks I'll be sharing through my blog, I also offer a unique remote design service where you send me a picture of the room you need help with, you let me know what your struggles, goals and design esthetic is is and for a small fee, I'll make you two mood boards, showcasing an image of what your room will look like with recommended colors, furniture pieces and placement! Yep, it's as simple as you sending me a picture without a big contract!
